During our sensory friendly sessions, we ensure you have the shop entirely to yourselves, with no other customers present. We can turn off the music or play a particular song of your choice. We are happy to adjust the ambience of the shop as best we can to suit your needs. We can also send pictures or videos of our shop beforehand to help prepare you and your family for your visit. Our goal is to work with you to ensure your family's experience runs as smoothly and enjoyably as possible.
